Lettuce & Specialty Greens

Our lettuces include butterhead and rainbow chard. Butterhead’s tender greens with a sweet buttery flavor enhance countless culinary forays. Rainbow chard provides a slightly bitter, fiery, and salty flavor. Our specialty greens include sweet mix, power blend, and vibrant vertical mix.

SWEET MIX

Our sweet mix is a winning combination of beautiful and tasty greens, highlighting an all star cast of Green Oakleaf, Red Oakleaf, Green Romaine, Red Romaine, Lolla Rossa and Redleaf lettuces.

POWER MIX

Bursting with flavor and color this powerful blend is a game changer! Scrumptious vitamin A rich sorrel, protein packed sunflower and tender baby rainbow chard come together to excite tastebuds and fuel the body. Lightly dress and enjoy!

VERTICAL MIX

Our Vibrant Vertical Mix is made up of stunning lettuces ranging from red to blush green.The combination of flavors and textures make this an unforgettable salad that includes Bok Choy, Red Mustard, Mizuna and Leaf Broccoli.

RAINBOW CHARD

Distinguished by its rich green and bronze stems and bright colored stems, Rainbow Chard is similar to spinach and beets with a flavor that is bitter, fiery and slightly salty. Swiss Chard is one of the vegetable valedictorians with its impressive list of health promoting nutrients.

BUTTERHEAD

Our Butterhead Lettuce’s tender, bright green leaves receive their name from the sweet buttery flavor, which allows for countless culinary pairings.

Tomatoes

It’s all in the numbers. In our Jackson greenhouse, we grow 5 different varieties of cherry tomatoes in our 2 tomato rooms which comprise over 400 tomato plants.

TETON TOMATOES

Cherry tomatoes bursting with color and flavor. We start all of our tomatoes from seeds supplied from Johnny’s Seeds in Maine and the result is beyond tasty.
